EDGE offers the following benefits to its full-time W2 employees and consultants:


Holiday / PTO (Paid time off):
  • Salary employees are entitled to 8 days of holiday pay annually
  • Salary employees earn 5.0 hours of PTO each pay cycle for total of 15 days annually


Medical Insurance – Provider:  Starmark (PHCS Network)
  • PPO Plan
  • $20.00 office visit co-pay if preferred provider (2 plans to choose from)
  • Prescription Plan
  • Deductions are taken on a pre-tax basis each pay period


Flexible Spending – Provider:  Ceridian
  • Flexible Spending Accounts allow consultants to deduct up to $2,000 pre-tax for eligible health care expenses and up to $5,000 pre-tax for eligible dependent care expenses for reimbursement

 
Dental Insurance – Provider:  Humana
  • PPO Plan
  • $25 year deductible per person in-network
  • Deductions are taken on a pre-tax basis each pay period
  • Vision discount plan is part of Humana coverage
 
401K – Provider:  ADP
  • W2 consultants are eligible to participate with no waiting period
  • Consultant enrolls via the ADP website or toll-free number
  • First deduction is made on the second paycheck after start date
  • The plan is managed by the consultant via web or toll-free number.  

Supplemental Insurance – Provider:  Aflac
  • A wide variety of supplemental insurances to choose from, such as:

  • Life Assurance
  • Personal Accident Expense Plan
  • Personal Recovery
  • Personal Hospital Intensive Care Insurance
