We are focused on the well-being and retention of our assigned consultants. With this fundamental belief in customer service towards both our clients and our consultants on assignment, EDGE created a Consultant Care Program to deliver on a variety of areas. Our program includes an assigned Consultant Care Manager (CCM) and scheduled consultant “appreciation” events. As part of our compensation program for our consultants, we also offer a referral program to attract new candidates and enhance our market share in support of our client. We understand that consultants, though on assignment to perform their assigned tasks in a highly effective and professional manner, are our representatives and the face of EDGE on a daily basis to our client managers. We are dedicated in continuing every effort to ensure their success and retention. Once on assignment, EDGE Consultants are contacted at least once a month to ensure all questions are addressed quickly and accurately, via in person meetings, phone, and email, with specific communication timelines below: |
