INTERNAL METRICS MANAGEMENT

To ensure success, EDGE has taken a Best Practices approach to managing our internal metrics by governing the behaviors that deliver those results.  These metrics are tracked and reported to Management within specific timelines to ensure success in our service delivery to our clients.  These reporting areas are measured and reviewed to ensure that best practices and proper training or recognition can occur.

Our experienced staff is fully trained in supporting the vast array of clients from the select industry verticals that EDGE services.  We invest in continuous training for our recruiters on the most proven techniques in attracting and retaining qualified consultants for the following professional service needs:  Energy, Engineering, Financial, Information Technology, Scientific, and Technical.


NATIONAL RESOURCES

EDGE uses multiple state-of-the-art recruiting and networking resources to effectively identify and contact skilled job seekers; both active and passive, across the United States.
 
QUALITY GUARANTEE

EDGE offers all of our clientele a Quality Guarantee on our consultants.  During the first 10 business days of an assignment, all clients of EDGE may request the replacement of an EDGE consultant for performance reasons, at no additional cost, of which EDGE would replace the consultant and not bill for the hours accrued during the first 10 business days

 
CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS

EDGE encourages a Client Satisfaction Survey to measure our success in a variety of areas to include: Quality of Consultant Provided, Quality of Account Team, and Quality of Operations Support.

 
ACCOUNT TEAM REVIEW

We encourage our dedicated Account Teams to request formal reviews with our clients.  Tell us what great work we are doing!  Where can we improve?  Are there any suggestions you may have?  A partnership is defined as two parties that are able to have constructive dialogue for the betterment of their relationship.  We encourage this honest and direct communication, and expect that is mutual so that EDGE, you, and our consultants can continue to focus on our successes both professionally and personally.
