What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
• Unless noted on item page, all items must be in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
• Items that are received damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?
Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?
Within 30 days of purchase by mail. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.
How will I receive a refund for my order?

Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise?
