Returning or exchanging items bought online
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, we'll send you a new radio, equipment, accessory or issue you a quick refund. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
You have up to 30 days to return items purchased at Edgetechinc.com, Amazon.com or Ebay.com back to our store.

To return by mail:
EdgeTech Inc strives to provide the best customer service possible. This merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in new, unused condition. If you need to return an item you ordered from EdgeTechInc.com, contact one of our Customer Support Team members at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the item within 30 days of delivery
* RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
*Keep the following guidelines in mind: (i) all items must be returned in new, unused condition, and will undergo quality checks. All product packaging materials--including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, tags, and any other materials in the original shipment--must be returned with your returned item(s), (ii) our return policy is subject to each Manufacturer-Partner’s individual return policy, which may vary from the EdgeTech Inc policy, in which case, the Manufacturer-Partner’s policy prevails, and, (iii) we do not cover postage expense on returned items unless there are special circumstances which will be explained when you email or call us to arrange for your return. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete. Refunds/exchanges can take up to 2-3 weeks or sooner. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries. If possible, use the original shipping package for returns and exchanges.
What happens next?
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
When returning a purchase from a Purchase Order, a credit memo will be issued once we receive returned item. Purchase orders must go through same return procedure as above.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping is at your expense. We, also, don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
To exchange items by mail:
Contact us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. (Need to find the right item first? Start browsing
Return the item using the directions in "To return items by mail," above.
What happens next?
Once exchange item(s) are shipped and we are able to track the moving package, we will send out your exchanged item(s). Once we receive exchange item(s), we will issue a credit for the exchanged items and apply it to the new order. If the exchange items are never received at our facility, you are responsible for paying for the exchanged items.
To create a mailing label for a return:
We recommend using a trackable shipping method (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc). Note: Only under special circumstances will EdgeTech Inc provide return shipping labels.
Print out a mailing label on your home or office printer.
